C-17 PART TASK TRAINER
The Exsel Training & Simulation C-17 Training System is a fully-functional, high fidelity replica of core C-17 elements that provides the end-to-end platform to realistically simulate conditions for a broad range of training needs such as military airlift operations to humanitarian missions – on, in & around the aircraft.

The system consists of 3 key elements:

C-17 Fuselage – supporting Loadmaster, Aeromedical Evacuation, Aircraft Familiarisation &
Emergency Procedures training.

C-17 Power – supporting engine maintenance, engine replacement, electro-hydraulic & engine
movement training.

C-17 Avionics – supporting the training flight, aircraft & maintainer crew across the broad range of C-17 system avionics.
TRAINING LOADS
Exsel Training & Simulation, in complete alignment with the training requirements specified by the end customer, can supply a wide range of multi-use training loads that are low risk, fully compliant and offer high value for money.
The prime function of a fuselage trainer is to represent the platform in service to allow users to practice procedures and the safe loading/unloading of aircraft, vehicle or vessel freight. Exsel Training & Simulation offer cost effective Training Loads that realise the operational effectiveness of aircraft, vehicles or vessels, and their crews, alongside exceeding training requirements. The Training Loads can be configured as loose freight, palletized loads, containerised loads and wheeled loads with winch and restraint attachment points as required. All are offered with various material and weight combinations.
The Training Load solution takes full advantage of the expertise and experience gained in the delivery process of numerous Light, Medium & Heavy Lift Aircraft, Wheeled & Tracked vehicles and a variety of marine vessel.
PRODUCT VARIANTS
The various modules include a complete cargo bay, functioning loading ramp, loadmaster’s station, cargo handling systems alongside avionics compartments, F117 training engine and stand. The training system can accommodate all operational cargo payloads including pallets, armoured vehicles and helicopters - in a safe, fully immersive and highly realistic environment. All components are modular and.road transportable to aid system relocation and maintenance.
